Introduction

If you enjoy Pearl Lake as much as we think you will, why not make Pearl Lake your "home away from home" with a seasonal campsite in the Pearl Lake Campground or lakeside lot in our newly developed Park Home Neighborhood. Whether you're a "snow-bird" who wants to stay close to the family in the Midwest during the summer and live South for the winter, or just want a weekend getaway, Pearl Lake is the place for you.

Seasonal lots are available to park your trailer all year long with occupancy from May 1st - October 15. We have also recently developed a Park Home Neighborhood with Lakeside and Lakeview lots overlooking beautiful Pearl Lake. These lots include full hook-ups and optional phone, cable TV, and LP gas service. Many luxurious park home models are available from Pearl Lake RV for you to move into today.

Amenities

With a seasonal site or park home lot, you can enjoy all the amenities of Pearl Lake throughout the season. Additionally, a complimentary ten punch pass will be given to you for use by your guests. Seasonal campsites include sewer hookups and park home lots include free permanent sewer hookup. RV service by factory trained technicians and guaranteed winterization service is available from Pearl Lake RV.

Rules and Regulations

• All campground Rules & Regulations apply plus as noted below.
• Occupancy is from May 1st - October 15. No off-season use.
• Seasonal payment is due by May 1st. A $200 deposit is required by October 1 to reserve the site for the following year.
• Placement of permanent structures such as decks, storage sheds, etc. must be approved by park management. Wooden decks quoted upon request.
• All "Park Home Trailers" for occupancy in the Park Home Neighborhood must be approved by and purchased from Pearl Lake RV. Visit the Pearl Lake RV pages for more details. We have plenty of luxurious models and floorplans to choose from.
• All seasonal occupants are issued a swimming pass listing adults and dependent children. Additionally, one complimentary ten punch pass will be given to you for use by your guests.
• Seasonal and park home lots are not transferable without approval of management; park home resale restrictions apply.

Rates - Effective for 2009 Season

• SEASONAL CAMPSITE RATES:
  • $1,825 annual per lot Normal Occupancy (80 days or less) plus metered electric and service fee
  • $1,925 annual per lot Continuous Occupancy plus metered electric and service fee
  
  
• PARK HOME NEIGHBORHOOD RATES:
  • $2,200 annual LakeSide lot plus metered electric and service fee
  • $2,000 annual LakeView lot plus metered electric and service fee
  • Phone, cable TV and LP gas available at an additional charge  
  
  
•  SOUTH ANNEX AREA
  • $2,000 annual per lot Normal Occupancy (80 days or less) plus metered electric and service fee
  • $2,100 annual per lot Continuous Occupancy plus metered electric and service fee
  • Phone, LP gas available at an additional charge
